My Favorite things

I would like to start of with the lyrics of one of my favourite songs, from The Sound of Music soundtrack "My favourite things"

Raindrops on roses and whiskers on kittens
Bright copper kettles and warm woolen mittens
Brown paper packages tied up with strings
These are a few of my favorite things

Cream colored ponies and crisp apple streudels
Doorbells and sleigh bells and schnitzel with noodles

Snowflakes that stay on my nose and eyelashes

I simply remember my favorite things
And then I don't feel so bad

When I'm feeling sad
I simply remember my favorite things, as the lyrics suggest.I planned to write some of my favourite things.Whenever I think about them And then I don't feel so bad.

First position goes to my Family, especially my mother for her unconditional love.If i feel sad i just call her up (thanks to the telecom revolution).

Second position goes to my Friends, who have always been there when i needed their help.

Third position goes to 3-a side footer @RRC grounds near my home or @TIFR,Pune.

Incidents which i won't forget whole of my life :

when my father hugged me (really hard!!) when X board exam results were out

when my Hindi teacher told the whole class "You should recite like Raghuram "

when i dived full length to my left and held on to a wiiiiidde ball bowled by Matter

when i got beaten up while trying to defend my friend

when i got to dance with my first crush :D

When I'm feeling sad
I will simply read this post of mine..................:)
